Vandals damage Black Mountains grave

A GRAVE has been desecrated in the Black Mountains.
The grave’s headstone had been toppled and turf removed during the damage at a graveyard in Capel-y-ffin.
Hay police believe it happened between July 28 and August 16.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Hay Police Station on 0845 330 2000.

I hope that those concerned in this needless act of Vandalism are caught and pay for their crime...shame on you
